We Welcome Referrals For:

• Women with low to medium support needs. 

• Individuals committed to independent living goals. 

• Women who can safely live in a shared, communal environment.

 Applicants must have an active claim for Universal Credit or Housing Benefit, or be eligible to make a claim upon move-in. We require proof of ' Right to Recourse' to public funds to ensure we can provide the Intensive Management and Support Levels required.

Exclusion Criteria (We are unable to support):

• Active Forensic history: Individuals currently managed under high-level forensic mental health services. 

• Significant Criminal Background: Those with. history of arson, serious violence or sexual offences.

• Active Substance Dependency: Individuals who are not currently engaged in a recovery programme  or those with high-intensity active addictions that would destabilise the house. 

• Personal Care: Those requiring significant physical assistance or 24/7 nursing care.
